Complete Description
Facilitates educational needs assessment, curriculum/instructional design, instruction, and evaluation of impact of clinical education on job performance. Serves as an educational and clinical resource for staff, patient, and clinical education. Assists with assessment and planning related to clinical development interventions to support new initiatives. Supports individual, team, and organizational growth and development.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in nursing or other clinical discipline required. Minimum of one year experience delivering educational activities in a hospital setting preferred. Master's degree and education in adult education or related discipline preferred. Background in assessing, designing, instructing, and evaluating educational programs for adult learners in a healthcare/business setting preferred. Minimum of three years clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
