OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST FULL TIME

Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association approved curriculum of Occupational Therapy required (equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree).  CPR and Restraint Certifications and State of Illinois licensure as a Occupational Therapist required.
